Approval of Proposed Rule Changes

The Commission has approved a proposed rule change (SR-ICC-2012-02) filed by ICE Clear Credit LLC under Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to provide for a T+1 settlement of the Initial Payment related to the CDS contracts cleared by ICE Clear Credit LLC. Publication is expected in the Federal Register during the week of April 30. (Rel. 34-66853)

The Commission has approved a proposed rule change (SR-FICC-2012-02) filed by the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) under Section 19(b)(2) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 relating to removing functionality in the Government Securities Division’s rules that is no longer utilized by participants. Publication is expected in the Federal Register during the week of April 30. (Rel. 34-66856)

Proposed Rule Changes

NYSE Amex LLC has filed a proposed rule change (SR-NYSEAmex-2012-23) pursuant to Rule 19b-4 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 amending NYSE Amex Options Rule 928NY specifying that the potential range for the settings applicable to the Market Maker Risk Limitation Mechanism will be between one and 100 executions per second, to eliminate the current reference to the default setting and, in the future, to specify the applicable minimum, maximum and default settings via Regulatory Bulletin. Publication is expected in the Federal Register during the week of April 30. (Rel. 34-66857)

The Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated filed a proposed rule change (SR-CBOE-2012-013) under Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to adopt Self-Trade Prevention modifiers on the CBOE Stock Exchange (“CBSX”). Publication is expected in the Federal Register during the week of April 30. (Rel. 34-66860)

Immediate Effectiveness of Proposed Rule Change
