Accelerated Approval of Proposed Rule Change

New York Stock Exchange has filed, and the Commission has approved on an accelerated basis, a proposed rule change (SR-NYSE-2009-124) pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 proposing to amend Section 703.22 of the Listed Company Manual.

Publication is expected in the Federal Register during the week of December 28. (Rel. 34-61230)
