How do I print my requested electronic (PDF) copy of a filing?

When you click on the link provided on the request page, you will open/download the file in Adobe or most any web browser.

Optionally, you can also print page information, which will add the page numbers, URL reference, date, and time.

To print page information: Go in the [Advanced] Print Setup section --> select Marks and Bleeds --> check the box Page Information.

I need to digitally sign my requested PDF copy of a filing, how do I do it?

When you click on the link provided on the request page, you will open/download the file in Adobe.

In Adobe, use the E-Sign selection and pick the Fill & Sign Yourself dropdown --> add the Sign Yourself textbox wherever you would like it to show up on the page. Note: you will need your signature.
