3 On October 28, 2003, the Commission issued an order authorizing deregistration of the following registered holding company subsidiaries of E.ON ag: Powergen US Holdings Limited, Powergen US Investments, Powergen Luxembourg Holdings sarl and Powergen Luxembourg sarl. See Holding Co. Act Release No. 35-27745 (October 28, 2003).
4 On December 29, 2003, the Commission issued an order authorizing among other things the change in corporate and ownership structure of LG&E Energy Corp.(now called LG&E Energy LLC), a subsidiary of E.ON ag. Upon consummation of this transaction, the new LG&E Energy LLC registered as a holding company under Section 5 of the 1935 Act. LG&E Energy LLC filed a Notification of Registration on Form U5A on December 30, 2003. See Holding Co. Act Release No. 35-27785 (December 29, 2003).
5 On March 9, 2004, Enron Corp. registered as public-utility holding company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by filing a notification of registration on Form U5A under Section 5 of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935. See also Holding Co. Act Release Nos. 27809, 27810, and 27811 (March 9, 2004).
6 On August 1, 2003, the Commission issued an order authorizing deregistration of the following registered holding company subsidiaries of National Grid Transco plc: National Grid (US) Investments; National Grid (Ireland) 1 Limited; National Grid (Ireland) 2 Limited; and National Grid Holdings One plc. See Holding Co. Act Release No. 27704, International Series Release No. 1271 (August 1, 2003).
7 On October 22, 2003, the Commission issued an order authorizing deregistration of Conectiv Energy Holding Company and ACE Reit Inc., which were registered holding company subsidiaries of Pepco Holdings Inc. See Holding Co. Act Release No. 35-27741 (October 22, 2003).
8 On February 6, 2004, Scottish Power plc filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission an amendment to its previously filed notification of registration on Form U5A/A. In this amendment Scottish Power plc notifies the Commission that it registers its subsidiaries Scottish Power NA 1 Limited; Scottish Power NA 2 Limited, NA General Partnership, and PacifiCorp Holdings Inc. under Section 5 of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935.
