American Electric Power Company Remand Administrative Proceeding

The Commission issued an order on August 30, 2004, in the case involving the merger of American Electric Power Company, Inc. (AEP) and Central and South West Corporation (CSW) that was remanded to the Commission from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia (276 F. 3d 609 (D.C. Cir. 2002)).
