UPDATE: Tax Administrator and Claims Administrator File Fee Applications

The Claims Administrator has completed initial and final distributions of checks to the promissory note holders and general unsecured creditors and the Tax Administrator has completed his review of the tax obligations of the account where the funds have been maintained by the Claims Administrator.  The Claims Administrator and Tax Administrator have now filed with the Court their applications for payments of their fees and expenses.  All interested parties who want to respond or object to the fee applications must make sure that their responses or objections are files and actually received by April 30, 2007.  In addition, Hon. Judge Thomas Platt of the Eastern District of New York will hear the fee applications on May 11, 2007, at 1:30 p.m.
