The Conflict Minerals Rule has proven extremely difficult with regards to compliance verification. For the most part, with the exception of large suppliers, the standard response has been "undetermined" which has lead to multiple supply chain alterations. And without specific legal support interpretation of the overall requirements has been time consuming and ongoing for the past four years. Simply put the financial burden of the rule is beyond the means of our company without significant impact to other areas of the business.
