RYECO Incorporated is an American light manufacturing company located in Marietta, GA. One of our customers is ABB which is a large international company based in Switzerland with offices in the US. They have informed our company that they can no longer purchase our products due to the fact that we do not comply with the Conflict Minerals rule. As a small business I am not required to qualify and we have many suppliers which I cannot force compliance upon. I need this rule to be eliminated as in my opinion it is not accomplishing the original intend and it is hurting my business. Please advise.
