I'm a consumer who feels the Conflict Minerals rule is important and should be kept in place. These rules are necessary to prevent exploitation. Places like the Congo and Rwanda are experiencing a multitude of problems already such as poverty, inequality, food shortages. These regions need rules to prevent gouging from outside investors.
