The Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act rules have made the lives of the miners, who had to work like slaves terrorized by the military, much better. I therefore believe that the SEC should keep these provisions in order to ensure continued improvement in the lives and the treatment of the miners.
