Dear Chairman Piwowar:
Your statement for justifying review of the "Conflict Mineral Rules Implementation" states that it is "unclear that the rule has in fact resulted in any reduction in the power and control of armed gangs". That's not true according to other sources, namely the Enough Project. So, who's right? I think it is very important to determine the facts before changing or eliminating the rule. Whatever decision is made should be based on FACTS....not opinions. Please ensure this is done before making a rash decision.
