I am writing in support of keeping the Conflict Minerals Rule in place and intact. This rule has reportedly helped improve human rights conditions in several African countries and has decreased the horrific level of violence that was occurring prior to the rule taking effect. Weakening or ending this rule would be a major step in the wrong direction.
