I am concerned at the very long delay in implementing this rule which was passed in 2011. I perceive this delay and the numerous attempts to "amend" and "clarify" the rule as a means of avoidance and continued concealment. How hard can it be to publish your CEO's total income and your median employee's total income and then do the math?
I seek to use this information as a consumer in deciding where to spend my money. I believe that lower total income for CEOs with concordant higher wages/salaries for lower and median workers will aid our overall economy.
