Dear Members of the U.S. Congress

My name is Therese MacKenzie and I live in Chicago, Illinois.

I fear that by reopening the gate of corruption in oil, natural gas exploitation and mining  upholding section (c.f., 1504 of U.S. Law H.R. 4173: Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, also known as the bipartisan Cardin-Lugar Anti-Corruption provision) we are headed in a direction that will leave the US very weak in relation to countries making advances in renewable energy. This will result in serious loss of jobs and future prosperity in our country. In addition, no matter how we might want to deny the causes of the destruction of our natural resources, we cannot ignore the results.

If the pro-life label is important to you, please take steps to protect everyone's air & water.

Sincerely,

Therese MacKenzie, SHCJ
