Dear SEC, I am writing to you to with the hopes you DO NOT let this rule pass. The major point I’m trying to relay is that this rule proposal basically gives a safety net to those who place bad bets and that is totally unacceptable by any measure. Those that placed bad bets need to take responsibility and deal with the consequences of making bad bets. This rule only applies to larger players so why should they be allowed to have a safety net when retail has no such options. This rule is completely unacceptable and should not be passed.
