Dear SEC, This letter is to voice my concerns over the proposed rule SR-OCC-2024-001 proposed by The Options Clearing Corporation. I believe this rule would further endanger markets by enabling companies to set their own rules around margin calculations. This would allow companies to manipulate margin requirements to their advantage and to the detriment of fair markets. I do not support this rule and would encourage you to decline your support as well. Thank you, Sean Mann Household Investor
