Dear SEC, I support your rejection of rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-100009. I would like to remind you of why I opposed it in the first place. I believe it to be anti-capitalist and counter to a fair market. Bad operators must fail in a capitalist economy and be cleared away. I am not alone when I say that I only want to invest in capitalist markets. Thank you Spike Rayner
