Dear SEC Members,

I am an individual investor. A household investor. Some would even label me a retail investor. Nevertheless, I am an investor in the United States that has freely chosen to trust that our financial markets are honest and transparent. Fair and free. Yet as recent sagas have shown over the last few years, this appears to not be true.

One way this could be made better is the immediate rejection of SR-OCC-2024-001 34-100009. I wholeheartedly support the SEC in the disapproval/rejection of this rule proposal. We need absolute transparency in our financial markets to ensure faith, confidence, and trust remain. That the integrity of these markets cannot be compromised or destroyed by Self-Regulation Organizations or Hedge Funds whose only objective is to profit at any cost. I support the reasons for dismissal that are outlined on pages 4-5 of the Federal Register.

Help us, the household investors, work to keep the markets fair, free, and transparent for everyone that chooses to place their hard earned money to whatever investment they wish to buy into.

Thank you for your time and support with this matter. Take care.

Kind regards,

A Concerned Household Investor.
