Dear SEC, I support the rejection of ST-OCC-2024-001. It concentrates too much power in the OCC to ignore market risk and concentrate and intensify that risk. This rule if ever passed would be the catalyst for a disaster in the market. I also support the dismissal for reasons. outlined in page 4-5 of the Federal Register. Thank you for your work.
