To whom it may concern. I am writing to express my serious concerns with rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-100009 and I fully support the SEC in their rejection of this proposed rule change. The proposed rule change is bafflingly difficult to read due to the numerous redactions and is thus unfit for public scrutiny; therefore making it null and void immediately. Furthermore, it would appear that the proposed rule change creates a serious moral hazard, as well as a clear conflict of interest (not detailed as obvious). I think it would be safe to say that the proposed rule change does not seek to make markets safer, fairer and reduce systemic risk and therefore as an investor who still believes in the importance of the stock market, I am motivated to reject the proposal.
