Dear SEC, as an international investor on the USA securities market, I am really concern by the approval of the rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-100009. This rule provides to the OCC FRM with the power to dictaminate in favor of its own interests by adjusting the margin of its clients on its own benefit. This will lead to an advantage of the OCC and its clients respect the other investors. My interest and the general international interest in the USA securities market come from the promise of a free market. If that free market can be controlled by some few members and not by the suplly and demand then it stops to be free market, and at least my interest will disminish greatly on it. I entrust you will do what is best to maintain a free market and avoid market manipulation. Kind regards, an international investor.
