Good evening. I am writing to you that this proposed rule will only create more market instability and fraud, and I choose to reject this rule due to not being fair to the common day trader. It only enriches the insiders and big wigs of the industry, while only hurting the smaller parties who don’t have such sway with their buying power. I again reject this rule. Thank you Michael Barker
