As a household investor this is the antithesis of what the markets are supposed to do. All pigs are equal, but some pigs are more equal - Orwell, Animal Farm Is that where we are in the markets? A rule such as the one proposed would mean exactly that. If all rules do not apply equally then they have no place in our markets. Moreover, the evidence that is used to promote this rule is redacted. How can we have free and transparent markets which promote discovery and enterprise when everything is obscured? On these grounds alone, the rule should be rejected. If we are to have true, fair, and transparent markets this rule cannot be adopted. Best, Greg Kender Household investor
