Dear SEC, Please vote no for the OCC wanting to change margin requirements for a major economic or market event. They should not get to just give these market makers and big players a pass because they made bad bets, or did not have the required cash on hand to cover themselves. They should have the same playing field individual investors have. Thank you for your time, Brian Mihans
