I'm writing to urge you to support the rejection of the proposed rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-100009. Protect retail investors, not the billionaires who got us into this mess to begin with. They may be arguing that this is intended to protect the markets, but in reality I believe it's only protecting their interests not the majority's. Thank you
