Dear SEC, I am a concerned citizen and household investor and I'd like to thank the SEC for rejecting the OCC proposal. I wanted to comment that I support this rejection. Obviously, safeguards need to be in place to prevent market collapse, but I do not think that allowing clearinghouses to shadily and secretly manipulate margin thresholds to protect their clients and themselves is the fair way to do that.
