Dear SEC, I SUPPORT the SEC's grounds for disapproval under consideration as the OCC rule proposal is terrible, I do not support its approval, and appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the rulemaking process to ensure all investors are protected in a fair, orderly, and efficient market. Allowing the OCC to unilaterally reduce margin requirements for clearing members at risk of default is tantamount to institutionalizing fraud and moral hazard on a systemic scale.
