Hello, I am writing to you from Canada; I invest almost half of my money in the american market. Thank you for this opportunity to voice my comments. I support the SEC's decision to reject the OCC's proposed rule change. A fair financial market is based on transparency and proper risk mitigation. Not about shifting the goalposts when the situation turns sour (volatile) for the big guys. The OCC should manage its risk within the scope of current laws and regulations. The proposed rule change could introduce systemic risks and conflicts of interest. I comment today in the hopes of ensuring this rule proposal is decisively rejected. Thank you for your time. --
