Dear Sec, I am happy to see progress in rejecting the above mentioned rule! Please drop it to form a decent fair and worldwide respected market, what US should be! But at the moment it seems many stocks are manipulated in order to overthrow household investors in favor of some companies. This accelerates social and economical inequality even further, which is not Desirable . Keep on building rules for all market anticipates and control it throughly! Thank you for reading!
