SEC, I want to express that I do not support this proposal. I understand that this proposal will reduce margin requirements and I see that as only increasing the risk to the strength and fairness within the US investment markets. I ask that you pursue a path that will level the playing field for large and small investors, as well as ensure that those who place bad bets shall pay for them.
