As a retail investor, I fully support the SEC’s total and full rejection of this sorry proposed rule. It would give the OCC the authority to move goalposts anytime they see fit and we all know it’s only to ultimately protect themselves. It is the market that needs protection, and fair and timely settlement of financial obligations should be paramount over any single interest. Shannon Landingham
