Hello Representative(s), Please allow the CAT system rule to pass. This will allow proper transparency to rule the market so all participants from buyers, sellers and market makers can track the life cycle of trades and prevent market markers like Citadel and Virtu to continue to manipulate the market and stocks like AMC, GME and co to their favour as they are currently doing. This is long overdue and I pray you will be willing to stand on the right side of justice that will prevent the US from becoming a laughing stock when the inevitable collapse happens from all this unchecked corruption.
