This proposed regulation is intended to bail out greedy hedge funds that over leveraged vulnerable companies. These companies have employees and operate in a sustainable and useful way to society. Hedge funds do not. Please do not side with corrupt, greedy and very wealthy business persons and instead side with the working class. Thank you.
