Good morning As a household investor I want to discourage the SEC from implementing rules to waive margin requirements for large institutions. I believe this is fundamentally unfair and is criminal to shit the risk of large institutions into the public. Without margins requirements the will strip the market of free market principles and leave the door open for critical behavior. I implore you to reconsider implementing this rule change.
