Good morning As far as I understand this ruling it is another tool (amongst many many others) to evade margin calls. You try everything in the book to drive (whatever stock you deem as a threat for earnings) down to way below their stock value. All the cards are stacked against retail and basically you are doing whatever you want to avoid following the basic rules which you yourselves set up. Blatant crime as I see it.
