Dear SEC Manager, I wanted to let you know that I adamantly oppose this proposed rule change as it will hurt all retail investors in the stock market. This proposed rule change is a reminder of when I wasn't allowed to buy GameStop shares but the shorts were allowed to buy, and now to suddenly change the rules to allow the shorts even more advantages? IMO, This rule change will lead to further degrading of American retail and small businesses and I would be forced to remove all my investments from the stock market and into other investments such as gold, silver and bitcoin and other crypto currencies. I'm also requesting any future rule changes include the ability to comment on the website Thank you Sal Rahimi
