Sec, it is disappointing and would be a travesty to the Market as a whole if this rule passes. People like myself and other basic investors will completely loose faith in the market as a whole if proposals like this pass. It is a clear tactic by the HF to continue to manipulate the system. Hopefully the SEC shows that they care about having a fair and free market by denying this new proposal.
