Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this rule. I’m Totally Against this proposed rule. Adjusting certain parameters in its proprietary system for calculating margin requirements reduces transparency in an already non transparent market that is heavily tilted toward the control and profiteering by Market Makers, Hedge Funds, Banks, their Counter Parties and almost Non Existent regulation and over site by your agency(SEC, FINRA, DTCC, and the OCC. Please continue to listen to the concerns of retail investers as the money we willingly invest is at play but also the pension fund members who have little to no real choice in how the market is regulated.
