SEC: Why would you propose or consider a proposal that continues to increase risk to the retail investor and protects the very parties that are naked short selling and causing this turmoil to begin with? Please do something to protect retail investors. This proposal is not even transparent and who knows how much you are stacking the deck against people that are playing by the rules. By basically removing margin requirements, you are encouraging MORE illegal, unsafe and risky behavior by hedge funds and market makers. Do NOT implement this proposal.
