Thank you for the opportunity to commont on SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393 entitled "Proposed Rule Change by the Options CLearing Corporation Concerning its process for adjusting certain parameters in its proprietary system for calculation Margin Requirements during periods when the products it clears and markets it serves experience high volatility." As a retail investor, I have grave concerns for the OCC rule proposal, I do no support its approval and appreciate the opportunity to comment. Lack of transparency is something Mr. Gensler has been fighting for. This rule flies in the face of this . The details as well as the supporting information are redacted preventing the general public from truly reviewing and understanding this proposal.
