I strongly oppose rule SR-OCC-2024-001 34-99393 . Retail investors have been the victims of predatory short selling with no help in sight. This rule will allow and empower short sellers to completely destroy market confidence and steal billions from retail investors. No on this rule. We need protection from all this market manipulation!!
