Thank you for the time to comment on ST-OCC-2024-00134-99393. I have serious concerns and strongly disagree with this new proposal. I’m on the side of fair and transparent markets. Please don’t let the one percent change the rules in the middle of the game. Thank you Sent from my iPhone
