Dear Ladies and sirs, that proposal ist not fair to free markets and price stability. It will be used to drive stocks (companies) down without any sense, just to make money from the idea and the work of normal people. Many people will loose jobs if you allow this rule change and just a few will grow their fortune on the back of them by doing nothing just selling stock they don't own.
