It feels as if retail or the "little guy" in the market is once again being robbed by your rule changes. It's unfair how rules are changed when big money gets trapped, but nothing ever happens when retail needs protection from predatory actors in the financial markets. As an investor where we all have an equal opportunity to participate in the hope of making a profit, I find this proposal to go against our"free market". This is just another chance for big money to screw over the little guy in the market. They made their bed, now let them roast. Thats it
