The proposed Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) rule change on margin requirements during high market volatility is very concerning and I do NOT believe it should be passed. The margin requirements are there to prevent catastrophe not to be changed because someone is breaking the law. I am against the passing of this proposal. A Very Concerned Retail Investor!!!!!
