I’m concerned about the lack of transparency in our financial system. Failure to delivers, short selling, dark pools, etc are just a form of corruption wrapped with a bow to give hedge funds better odds against retail. Hedge funds just steal money from retail at this point. I say this to say, this purposal seems to be going in the wrong direction. We need less flexibility for the manipulators and more transparency for retail. Market transparency and fairness are fundamental to freedom. Unrig the game! Adam Hovey, MSHA
