Dear Securities and Exchange Commission, I have concerns regarding the proposed rule change by the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC). The way that you wish to adjust parameters for calculating margin requirements during periods of high market volatility is highly suspicious to me. As a household investor from Europe I am deeply interested in the stability and fairness of the financial markets, especially markets I am invested in. I fear that the suggested measures will inadvertently allow improper risks taking, diminishing my trust in the American markets.
