If the entire global financial system is at risk due to a position taken out on a company which is .0001% the size of the market. Your problem is not the market. Or it’s systems. Your problem is the person who activated that obviously illegal position. You take that person and put them into prison. The alternative, the path you’re on, does the opposite. It encourages danger. You’re saying, “all that stuff is great, let’s do it more”. By approving this rule, you are complicit in these actions, a facilitator of theft. Ben
