Hello SEC, I am a personal investor and I do not support this proposal. This will hide any risky positions and lacks market transparency that the US Stock market needs. We are the top traded market and we need to regulate it to show that it is fair not hide things. We need to have margin calls be a thing and not be able to push them off, If I made a bad bet and I owed money I would be put in jail or forced to pay it, please have everyone held to the same standard. We need fairness and transparency to this market so make rules that follow that not this which is doing the opposite. -Andrew
