To the SEC-

I am writing as a very concerned retail investor about proposed changes to rules adjusting parameters by the Options Clearing Corporation for calculating margin requirements during periods of high volatility.

I DO NOT SUPPORT these changes.

Too big to fail is too big too exist. End of story. If anything these irresponsible actors need more regulatory oversight not less.

I ask that you embrace your role as public watchdog and strengthen oversight of bad actors in the financial system that prey on everyday investors and retirement funds.

Thank you
